Started by Gurmeet & a single nutritionist in a 600 sq-ft kitchen, cooking 30 meals a day for friends and family. The question was simple — why does eating well taste so bad?
Locked-down India needed plans built around bodies, not just dishes. Launched the first nutritionist-designed Lean & Balanced plans. First 500 members signed up in a month.
