Who we are
OneLife is operated by Health and Beyond Foods Pvt Ltd, trading as Flax – Healthy Living (“Flax”, “we”, “us”). We cook and deliver meals and meal plans in Mumbai, Goa and Bengaluru.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in INR and include GST where applicable. Payment is captured upfront via Razorpay. By placing an order you confirm the address and slot you selected and authorise us to charge the stated amount.
Delivery
We only deliver inside the radius published for each active outlet. If the pincode you enter is outside coverage we won’t accept the order; if coverage changes after you subscribe we’ll contact you to adjust. Delivery windows are posted at checkout; weather, traffic and operational events can shift arrival by up to 45 minutes.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip your next delivery, or cancel a subscription from the Account page or over WhatsApp. Cancellations take effect from the next unprepared delivery day. Deliveries already in production are not refundable because the food is cooked that morning.
Refunds and complaints
If something is wrong with your meal, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll refund or replace it. Reach us on WhatsApp at +91 91369 37472 or email hello@flaxitup.com.
Account
You’re responsible for keeping your phone + email accurate. We may terminate accounts that abuse promo codes, resell meals, or harass our team.
Privacy
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy policy. Short version: we only use personal data to fulfil orders, send you order updates, and keep the service safe.
Liability
Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We don’t accept liability for allergies when you’ve not disclosed them at order time — if you have food allergies, tell us on WhatsApp before you order and we’ll flag any dish that may contain the allergen.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
